Rox (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays)

Brighton Dancing run both drop-in classes and courses at Rox dance studios. Map.

Various levels and times - see their website. The teachers are good and they cater to a very wide range of ability levels.

£5 per class (11th class free with loyalty card)

Hove Dance Centre (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)

Hove Dance Centre is rather misleadingly named. It is actually in Portslade and so outside our normal remit of Brighton & Hove. Map.

Also has competitions, medal tests and social dances.

Events

Knoyle Hall (Saturday 12th September, 3rd October, 14th November)

A 'Strictly Come Dancing Night' by Brighton Dancing at Knoyle Hall. Map.

Beginners and Improvers workshops at 7pm, social dance 8pm to 11pm. £10 with workshop, £6 without. £2 discount on workshop to encourage beginners! No bar so bring your own drinks.

Knoyle Hall (Sunday 13th September, 11th October)

Tea dance by Brighton Dancing at Knoyle Hall. Map.

Lesson at 2.30pm, tea dance 3.30pm to 5pm. Includes tea, coffee and biscuits.

£6.50.
